Income by Asset Class Lens Overview
The Income by Asset Class Lens breaks down portfolio income by classes, making it easier to spot trends, concentration, and changes in income generation across your portfolio.
At the top you’ll see an income total for the selected time period.
It’s defaulted to Year to Date, but you can change it to Last Month, Quarter-to-Date, Last Quarter, Year-to-Date, Last 12 Months, and Last Year.
You can switch from percent to dollars by using the toggle in the top right corner of the view.
Asset Class Details
You can click into any asset class to view the individual assets contributing to that income. Income is broken down by time period in this view.
Clicking any asset displays more information about the holding, including the entity, account, and manager, along with key metrics such as market value, Net IRR, total return, total gain/loss, percent of overall portfolio, risk rating, and inception date. From here, you can review tags or open the full holding page.
