Service Delivery

Our SaaS platform is made available to customers immediately upon successful account creation and payment processing. Access to the platform is granted within 24 hours of completed contract execution and initial payment.

Subscription Terms

  • Our services are based on a two-year initial subscription term.
  • The subscription fee is billed annually in advance.
  • After the initial two-year term, subscriptions automatically renew for additional one-year periods unless either party requests termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed annually in advance for each year of the two-year term.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and prior to the commencement of services.
  • Additional fees for extra users, storage, or connected accounts may apply and will be billed immediately upon activation.

Refund Policy

All charges are fully earned upon payment. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used annual subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel, customers must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current subscription term.
  • If proper notice is not given, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional one-year term.

Service Level Agreement

During any early access periods, as determined by our company, the service is not subject to a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Standard SLA terms apply once the product is being sold at full price.

Updates and Support

  • All software improvements and content updates are provided at no additional cost during the subscription term.
  • Technical and content support related to the Services is included for the duration of the subscription term.

Data Retention

Upon termination of the agreement, we will make all Customer Data available for electronic retrieval for a period of ninety (90) days. After this period, unless retention is otherwise required by law, stored Customer Data will be deleted.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make changes to the Services that we deem necessary or useful to maintain or enhance the quality, delivery, or cost efficiency of our services, or to comply with applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

For specific details regarding pricing, number of users, data storage limits, and other particulars of your subscription, please refer to your individual contract or contact our sales team.

This fulfilment policy is subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated to customers and updated on our website.
