Copia’s operational control layer used for ingestion management, holdings configuration, spreadsheet importing, and advanced portfolio administration.

What the Admin Portal Is Used For
While most daily portfolio work happens in the Copia Wealth web app, certain administrative and ingestion tools are only available in the Admin Portal.
Common use cases include:
• Bulk spreadsheet importing• Holdings creation and management
• Document ingestion validation and bulk association editing
• Workspace controls
Changes made here flow through the platform and appear across Copia.

- Office / Workspace Picker - Switch between multiple family offices for institutional clients that require more than one Copia workspace

Activity Feed - Monitor changes with detailed timestamps, allowing for the tracking of newly created assets, entities, transactions, and document uploads

Document Processing - Upload, process, and organize portfolio documents using AI-powered extraction and categorization
