Net Worth Statement Lens

View your Net Worth at a glance

The Net Worth statement allows you to see the entire Net Worth including Assets and Liabilities in one view. Net Worth is the difference between Total Assets and Total Liabilities.

  1. Assets - Here you can see assets that compose of the net worth in the respective office. These can be broken down into liquid and illiquid assets.
    1. Liquid Assets refer to investments that can be bought or sold quickly while not altering the asset's price.
    2. Illiquid Assets are assets that are not easily convertible to cash due to a lack of ready buyers and sellers.
  2. Liabilities - This section provides an overview of the liabilities that are taken into account when calculating net worth in each office. Liabilities can be further broken down into two categories.
    1. Debt: Debt refers to an obligation to repay borrowed money that involves a contractual agreement with set terms for repayment, interest rate, and a specified timeframe
    2. Inter- Entity: An Inter - Entity liabilities refers to liabilities that are between entities in an office. Examples include paying for a mortgage for a trustee.
    3. Credit: Refers to an obligation to repay funds drawn from a pre- approved limit, involving a contractual agreement with terms for repayment and interest rates, typically without a specific repayment timeframe, allowing for flexibility in the usage and repayment of funds.
  3. Dates - Here you can alter the dates that are viewed on the net worth statement in order to compare net worth over time. You can even adjust for time metrics such as Quarter to Date and Year to Date.

4. Export- You can import the Net Worth Statement to an Excel or PDF File.

You can also expand the tables to get a more in depth breakdown of the Assets/Liabilities and their details.  For Assets you can get a breakdown of Assets by Asset Class and for Liabilities you can get it by Liability Type.

Date Picker

Use the date picker to specify a range, which will update the columns of the start date and the end date, along with a % change between those two selected dates.

Export 

You can also export  anything on the net worth lens to a pdf or excel should you choose. This is done by navigating to the top right hand corner and selecting export. You have the option of a pdf or excel.
