Back Office Overview

A brief look at the back office interface.

Back Office - Overview
  1. Office Picker - Available for multi-family offices and institutional clients to manage many accounts.

  2. Front Office - A quick launch shortcut to the Front Office web app.

  3. Activity Feed - Here you can view most recent changes to the office

  4. Documents - Upload, process and organize all associated documents.

  5. Assets - Create and manage assets (by class, or by tag)

  6. Accounts - Create and manage connected accounts and virtual accounts.

  7. Income & Expenses - Create and manage income and expense streams. Can build recurring values that are reflected in your portfolio (salaries, etc)

  8. Importer - Here you can add Assets/Holdings, Transactions and Accounts using Spreadsheets that are properly formatted for the importer.
